Welcome to blogsphere! First I would suggest get your own domain name. If you want your own show, start branding yourself now.
Secondly, give yourself as much face time as possible. I don't want to be seen much on camera, but love producing behind the scenes. But I do sometimes get in front of my camera. Let ppl see you doing your thing if you want a show around you.
You're off to a good start. So make sure your blog posts update automatically on your other sites. But don't let all ur tweets and status updates be about the blog.
